NextSchool collects student records (demographics, grades, attendance, billing), parent communication logs, and educator credentials. This data is supplied exclusively by the registered partner institution to coordinate academic operations.

2. Data Security & Storage

All school directories and files are stored on isolated Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers with encrypted database connections (SSL/TLS protocols) and daily backup triggers. We restrict employee data read privileges via custom IAM security models.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Parties

We do not rent, license, or sell database records to advertisement brokers or third-party companies. Information is shared only with payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay) and bulk SMS APIs exclusively to run your school billing or notification systems.

4. Cookies and Logs

We use session cookies and authentication indicators to keep you signed in securely. We log system interactions (IP address, time, browser Type) to identify and prevent potential cyber threats.

5. Policy Updates

We revise this policy as features update or regulatory compliances shift. Partner institutions will be notified of changes via portal alerts.
