1. Scope of Service

NextSchool ERP provides SaaS modules (student details, fee collectors, marksheets, portals) to automate school tasks. Services are accessed via standard web browsers and white-labeled mobile applications.

2. Account Responsibility

Partner institutions must establish unique, secure credentials for all educators, registrars, and accountants. You are responsible for any portal activities occurred under your institutional administrative panel.

3. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are collected in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Failure to complete payment obligations within a 15-day grace window may result in temporary account restrictions or read-only settings.

4. System Fair Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the code, deploy malicious crawler scrapers on portals, or use SMS/email channels to broadcast promotional materials unrelated to academic services.

5. Service Terminations

You can terminate your subscription license by giving a 30-day written cancellation notice. Upon termination, we provide you a complete SQL/CSV backup dump of your school record databases before deletion.
